The Paint Splatter

This is my 3rd shirt from them and I love them. The sizes are spot on. They are very comfortable and cool in the summer. I will be getting a few more this spring for golfing. These are by far my favorite shirts to wear!

Saw an advertisement for these shirts and I can always use a few new golf shirts each season, and thought why not? Price was right, but I'm a shorter and stockier build at 5'7" and 225. So sizing isn't always easy to determine as they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. I ordered up from what is usually a 2X for me and received two 3X shirts. They're just as nice as the pictures, and feel great. Yes they're polyester and 10% spandex I believe, but they have a lot of give and are not dissimilar to some of those other brands (think shark fins and stuff) but at a way better price point! Plus these shirts are just plain fun. Cool designs, there's gonna be something for everyone here. The only issue was that the 3X was for me, very snug.. not what I prefer in a shirt. I reached out and received a kindly and sensitive reply from Kate. She empathized with me, provided information on sizing on the website and without hesitation offered to send out expedited a size up to try and see if it was a better fit. This way I could determine what solution would be best for me. Shirt arrived today, fits me how I prefer and Kate has assured me that I can return the two original shirts for a larger size to replace them. (well just one now, since I already have one in hand!) As a customer service provider and leader of a team of CS professionals in the financial industry it is not lost on me how important it is to gain the trust of your clientele, and offer solutions that fit their needs. Sadly I find it very rare these days to get that kind of service and attention from businesses. I am happy to say that in this case, Kate has without a doubt surpassed my expectations, and while I figured I might just order a couple shirts and be done, I have a feeling I will be doing more business here before the season starts up this spring.
