I was sent the wrong-sized shirt. My initial email about the error to customer support was answered within a few hours by Kate. She only asked that I send her a picture of the wrong-sized shirt, along with the packing slip (shows who the QA person was). Not only are they expediting the shipment of the correct-sized shirt, but they also gave me a 40% discount coupon for my next purchase. And to top it off, I get to keep the original shirt! Now THAT'S customer service! If only more companies would do the same . . . Everyone makes mistakes - it's how you handle that mistake that brings customers back.
